Music Performances Over the course of the three day festival, enjoy a host of musical performances from some of Hawaii’s best entertainers. Performances take place in the Pikake Room every other hour throughout the day.
Cooking Demonstrations Learn special “Made in Hawaii” recipes as Hawaii’s best chefs show you how to incorporate fresh local produce into your culinary repertoire. Find out the benefits of using Hawaii grown produce and leave with the knowledge of a new dish to showcase at your next pa‘ina or potluck.
The Cooking Demonstrations are coordinated by HONOLULU Magazine and feature some of Hawaii’s best Hale Aina Award-winning chefs. 2009 participating chefs included Chai Chaowasaree of Chai’s Island Bistro, Ronnie Nasuti of Roy’s Restaurant, Elmer Guzman of Poke Stop, Marc Anthony Frieberg of Mariposa, Jon Matsubara of Azure Restaurant, Rodney Uyehara of Beachhouse at the Moana, Ryan Loo of Twist at Hanohano, Patrick Yamaguchi of Big City Diner and Ed Kenney of Town and Downtown at the HiSAM.

Cooking Demonstrations will be offered on Friday at 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.; Saturday at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.; Sunday at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
